When can I expect to receive my order?
Access is immediate to the Suite Tooth web application and Suite Dental Care, our hygienists web app. In most cases, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days from time of order. Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking code and you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days.
Must I pay sales tax?
Our business is based in Colorado and we do collect sales tax on orders shipped to a Colorado address. The sales tax rate is based on the zip code where the order is delivered.
What if your program is not quite what I expected?
It is most important to us that you be satisfied with your purchase. We believe we have created a product that will produce a return on investment that far outweighs the up-front cost. However, if within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the entire product via trackable shipping, and we will gladly refund the full purchase price (less original shipping).

Do Suite Dental Care and Suite Procedures work as apps on my tablet?
Absolutely. Both apps work on all tablets: Windows, Android and iOS. Login to the app via your browser and tap the SHARE icon. Click the option to add to home screen. Close your browser and find the app icon on your home screen and tap it. That's all you need to do going forward. They will now work as apps, including swiping left and right to view addition content within the app.
